Prior to applying for approval of a stormwater management plan, an <br /> applicant may have the stormwater management plan reviewed by the appropriate departments of the <br /> City.The SWPPP may be substituted for applicable portions of the stormwater management plan. <br /> DEFINITION OF LARGE SITE PROJECT <br /> Large site projects for construction sites of redevelopment and new construction are defined in Section <br /> 68.05 of the Winona City Code and/or meet any one of the following conditions <br /> Yes No N/A <br /> ❑ ❑ ❑ Commercial or Industrial Land Use—all land disturbing activities greater than 4,000 <br /> square feet for commercial and industrial land uses, or phased and connected land <br /> disturbing activities that cumulatively disturb more than 4,000 square feet within a <br /> three year period; <br /> ❑ ❑ ❑ Subdivisions, except lot splits that will result in no more than four(4) single-family lots <br /> and will not require the construction of shared access drives or other road <br /> improvements; <br /> ❑ ❑ ❑ Single-family properties with greater than 1 acre of disturbed land area; <br /> ❑ ❑ ❑ Excavation or fill of greater than 1,000 cubic yards of material; <br /> ❑ ❑ ❑ Any alteration of the course, current, or cross-section of natural or constructed <br /> drainageways; <br /> ❑ ❑ ❑ Any other land disturbing activites greater than 1 acre not exempted in paragraph F of <br /> Section 68.03; or <br />
